operating on the coast since 2000 and has
a reputation for managing quality

Kapiti Property Rentals is owned and
operated by Jennifer Clark who has vast
years experience in property management
along with a Business Studies Degree
majoring in Property Management &
Valuation.
Jennifer has extensive knowledge and
experience in property manangement. She
has a thorough understanding of the
Residential Tenancy Act 1986, and can
confidently and professionally deal with
all tenancy and landlord issues and
rights under the act.
Jennifer previously worked for Housing
New Zealand Corporation which gave her
the unique skills to manage a diverse
portfolio and wide range of clients.
Prior to this Jennifer was the sole
property manager of a large portfolio
within a major real estate company based
in Wellington City.
