Name.
Full residential address.
Contact details including fax, mobile phone number and email where applicable.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Number of guests.
Any other enquiries.

Terms and Conditions:
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank deposit only.
25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payable on arrival.
For cancellations made within 20 days of arrival date there will be no deposit refund
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date the total booking fee will be charged.

Tariff: $250 NZD per night till the 31st of 0ctober
Tariff: $400 NZD per night from the 1st of November to the 31st of March 2007
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Maximum guests: 6 people
